This document clearly sets out the conditions, rights, and responsibilities applicable to all members when using the 999hb platform.

1 General Provisions
999hb is an online gaming platform that offers casino games, slots, cricket betting, and various forms of entertainment for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999hb and its members.
These Terms apply to any person residing in Bangladesh who is registered on the 999hb platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you agree to abide by these Terms.
999hb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is each member's own responsibility to review the latest Terms before every login.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to participate on the 999hb platform:
- Members must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform operates exclusively for those aged 21 and above.
- Members must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh.
- Opening more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
- Members should not be employed in any profession where participation in gaming activities creates a conflict of interest.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 999hb reserves the right to reject any registration without giving a reason.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Notify 999hb immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The member is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
Under 999hb's "Know Your Customer" (KYC) policy, the following documents may be requested for identity verification:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
Withdrawal access may be limited until the verification process is complete.
3.4 Account Closure & Suspension
999hb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- By order of a court or relevant authority
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds at 999hb: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
Members must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
Every withdrawal request goes through a verification process. 999hb reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in cases of incomplete KYC or suspicious activity.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
- 999hb is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information provided by the member.
- 999hb is not liable for delays caused by technical faults in the mobile banking network.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
999hb offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳31,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
- Bonuses may only be used for playing on the 999hb platform and are not available for direct withdrawal.
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- A promotion may be claimed once only; the same rule applies to multiple accounts within a family or on the same device.
- 999hb reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Integrity
999hb believes in fair play. Every game is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be treated as a serious violation.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error or disruption occurs during a game or transaction, 999hb reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Incorrect balances or winnings displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Software Use
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools in gaming activities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999hb platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Abuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting activities
- Attempting to manipulate or hack any game or betting system
- Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members
- Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug without reporting it to 999hb
- Placing bets using third-party funds or accounts
8 Privacy & Data Protection
999hb is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
Information provided by members may be used for the following purposes:
- Account management and identity verification
- Processing financial transactions
- Meeting applicable legal obligations
- Providing member support and communication

9 Limitation of Liability
999hb is not liable for the following:
- Any financial loss resulting from a member's gaming activity
- Games or bets lost due to internet disconnection
- Delays or failures related to third-party services (mobile banking)
- Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances
In any situation, 999hb's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.
10 Changes to Terms & Other Provisions
10.1 Changes to Terms
999hb reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via email or an in-platform notification.
10.2 Dispute Resolution

10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between 999hb and the member. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
